Naomi Kaplan Eisenberger, Ziv’s Managing Director, started working with Danny Siegel in 1992. A former teacher, caterer, and retail store owner, she learned of Danny’s work the prior year and after reading two of his books, invited him to speak at Congregation B’nai Israel in Millburn, New Jersey, where she had just assumed the synagogue Presidency. As they say, the rest is history. Starting out as a part-time volunteer, Naomi eventually became Ziv’s first part-time US-based employee, and as the organization continued to grow took on the full-time Managing Director’s position in 1997. Arnie Draiman is the Ziv Tzedakah Fund representative in Israel. He is directly responsible for maintaining regular contact with all of the many programs, organizations and people to which Ziv provides funding in Israel. Arnie has been living in Israel for over 20 years and has become an expert in the field of Tzedakah. He often does consulting for people who are looking for places to donate their Tzedakah money or volunteer their time. Arnie and his wife Rena, and their four children live in Jerusalem.
